This website does not use advertising cookies or track your browsing across other sites.

I use information to:

  • To respond to your inquiries or consultation requests

  • To provide services (psychotherapy, coaching, consultation)

  • Psychotherapy (California residents only): If you receive therapy, your health information is considered Protected Health Information (PHI) and is safeguarded under HIPAA. I use HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth and recordkeeping.

  • Coaching & Consultation (outside California or internationally): These services are not psychotherapy and are not regulated by HIPAA. However, I still handle your information with strict confidentiality and care. No diagnosis or clinical treatment is provided in these services.

Please note that services provided to individuals outside California or internationally are considered coaching or consultation, not psychotherapy, and may not be subject to the same legal protections as clinical care.

I take appropriate steps to protect your personal and clinical data, including:

  • Encrypted email, when available

  • HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms for therapy

  • Secure storage for client records and messages

However, please remember that no method of communication or data storage is 100% secure.

If you are a therapy client, you have the right to:

  • Access your clinical records

  • Request corrections to your data

  • Request limits on how your information is used

  • Withdraw consent to receive emails or messages
